Today I present to you my best ever CFW for our beloved N8 - the Symbian - DEV. I have tested this ENOUGH times to make sure to give you a completely stable release .
Experience the most stable, fastest & extremely optimized CFW till date by me.
This CFW creation is based on the new Belle leak ver 111.030.0607 by Taylor.
The startup ram is around 138.4 MB. Average RAM on prolonged usage of 16-18 hours tested is around 126.3 MB.
However I have yet not faced any RAM low issues on any of the tested apps or games like Opera Mobile or Asphalt 6 or Sudoku extreme, Maps, Browser, Music Player both Nokia & 3rd party ones, to name a few

PERSONALISATION OPTIMIZATIONS

-Default Nokia fonts – MODIFIED for better scalability
-Customized theme effects by me – a mixture of the Original/Default & some elements by minushumi & andrenlsbr
-Optimized to run very fast and smooth (certain Tweaks here and there)
-Enhanced menu structure with extra folder icons, all changeable with 3rd party themes- thanks to Simograndi & Myself for further FIXING the listing names and proper rearrangement
-Extra Ringtones added, one for every mood & situation & profile.
-There are 2 blank homescreens after flash, with Custom Special wallpaper by me.. I just love it, n you will too.
-Some walls included in the Prebuilt media folder which includes def & some extra walls resized to 640x640 for optimum landscape switch.
MESSAGING, CALL & CONNECTIVITY OPTIMIZATIONS

-Camera highly improved & utilizes full 12 MP Camera- also enhanced picture quality to 99 (can’t keep 100 as it will REALLY slows down camera performance)
(No more bugs in camera app with regards to picture quality & resolution)
-Tweaked the pic resolution selection from default to
12 MP - 4:3
9 MP - 16:9
8 MP - 4:3
6 MP - 16:9
5 MP - 4:3
1.3 MP - 4:3

All have 100 percent quality & enhanced capture capacity except the 12 MP setting limited to 99 as its best suited for that.
I know may of you feel that the size does not necessarily mean enhancement or gain in the quality, but try my CFW n feel the difference in quality of the photos.

Other APPS compatible with Belle are included in SOFTS folder, which is pre included in ROM which also gets copied to Mass Memory on Flash or Hard Reset.

Special Note – Symbian – DEV has only ENGLISH language in all the core, the rofs2 & the UDA. Rofs3 file has Maps & other tweaks integrated
PHOTO, VIDEO & MUSIC SUITES OPTIMIZATIONS

-Music Player will read only E:\Music\ F:\Music G:\Music
-Music player refresh rate is faster
-Gallery folder scan mod - will search only image specific folders & not apps folders. Also anything in folder BSK(auto created) will stay hidden from Gallery

Now as far as flashing this CFW is concerned you need to do it via Phoenix in the Dead Phone USB flashing option. I recommend the Refurbish option for NO BUGS & hassles.
A handy tutorial on flashing via Phoenix is available on the forum.
Remember to delete everything from the mass memory after a hard reset before flashing this CFW.
Also just leave aside the phone for 1 minute after flash & hard reset for the optimizations to take place. Enjoy the new Belle on your phone, of course much more REFORMED.
